My toolkit

After many years in the UX field and as a yoga teacher I have developed a broad toolbox that comes in handy on a daily basis. Here is what I do for a living, and the tools I use.

I build strategies to help companies find their way forward in customer centric, insight driven product development.

 

Tools: User research, customer journeys, impact mapping, competitor analysis, structured design processes.

Facilitation

Facilitating meaningful conversations and guiding people to find their own answers - that’s where magic happens.​

Tools: Inclusive rituals, empathy, curiosity, and communication tools such as active listening and transparency.

To stay grounded, I love to do hands-on work. For the delight of creating useful services, designing for change.
