About the concept

Together with my colleague Angelica Brockne I have started Hey Change. With a solid background in product development, design leadership, and UX design we have used all our tools and experience to create a unique training concept to help teams in the tech industry be their best.

We are passionate about creating flourishing teams and strong collaboration. We believe that close team work in an open, supportive environment with high psychological safety helps people feel their best and reach their full potential - both at work and at home. That’s why we started Hey Change, where we can facilitate important conversations, share insights, and give you both the language for change and the power to make it happen.

Who is this for?

Any professional group within the tech industry looking to develop collaboration skills and get to know themselves better through powerful tools like self reflection and co-creation workshops.

In our courses, participants learn by actively engaging and co-creating the content, making each session fully tailored to your group. The co-created material is seamlessly integrated with theory and personal experiences.

  • We can host between 5-25 people.

  • Workshops are held in Swedish or English.

Workshop examples

Together we will choose one or several themes for your group, weaving them together in a framework tailor made to match your needs. The list of themes is long, but here are some examples:

  • Self leadership and the importance of psychological safety

  • How to create safe, supportive spaces and coach others to grow

  • Master stakeholder relationships, building trust and effective communication

  • Evaluate your design maturity and find opportunities for impact
